Please notice that our Bandcamp orders ship from the UK.

All orders containing a pre-order item will ship when the pre-order is ready. If you're placing an order with multiple items and would like items to be shipped as they are available, it is best to place separate orders for each item individually.

We use a fulfilment company (Whiplash) which takes care of all the orders placed on Bandcamp.
Return Policy: FatCat cannot accept returns on any mail order products and we cannot offer refunds, except in the case of defective or damaged merchandise. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot accept any cancellations. If you notice any problems with your order in your confirmation e-mail, please contact us immediately and we will make every effort to correct it.
